Sulim, the company responsible for the park, has been developing throughout the last 30 years an integrated project promoting the interaction of companies based in the park which boosted economic activity in the region.
At its expense, and without charging condominium service fees, it maintains the park clean and safe. It is also responsible for landscaping and maintaining the rental properties.
